LOOK: Driving towards progress! 1134 tricycle drivers and operators in Bulan rejoice as they receive free tires, courtesy of a successful collaboration between the provincial government under the leadership of Governor Boboy Hamor and LGU Bulan, led by Mayor Meo Gordola. Congressman Wowo Fortes was also in attendance applauds the 7K Program, empowering local communities and boosting their livelihoods.
