• Conduct of monthly tree planting/growing activity aside from regular or periodical activities
• Conduct of monthly rescue training for capacity/capability building in every municipality highlighted by rescue Olympics during and as part of the Kasanggayahan culminating activities
• Promote the protection and sustainable use of natural resources and implement disaster mitigation and prevention projects
KALINIGAN
Sanitation, Clean and Green Programs
• Regular (perpetual) cleaning and maintenance of streets and major thoroughfare’s
• Conduct of monthly coastal cleanup aside from periodical scheduled coastal cleanup such as in consonance to nation or international celebration
• Conduct of cleanliness contest by cluster based on the classification of municipalities/ city and barangays to be awarded with “Cleanest LGU Award” and “Kalabasa Award”
KAGANDAHAN
• Strengthen the tourism industry by improving further all existing tourism destination in the province and develop potential tourism spot as well.
• Conduct/ holding of monthly tourism related activities including concerts in every municipality, which activities are anchored on the customs and traditions of respective LGU’s without duplication of activities.
• Holding/celebration of Kasanggayahan Festival that will serve as the culminating activity of the said year-round tourism related activities • Create and strengthen tourism related business and job opportunities
KADUNUNGAN
Excellent Educational Support to Improve the Quality of Education the Sorsoganons deserve
• Supply/distribution of nutritious bread (Tinapay) to elementary and secondary students for nutrition supplementation purposes
• Provision of free school uniform and supplies
• Provision of “LIBRENG SAKAY” for students
• Establishment of Tinapayan (LGU BAKERY) in every municipality • Select five (5) students per municipality to take up agriculture course in Sorsogon State University Castilla Campus.
• The family must own at least one (1) hectare of agricultural land
• The student will receive a monthly allowance/stipend
• After graduation, the student will stay for at least five (5) years In his home place to cultivate and develop the family-owned land
• Student shall apply his knowledge in agriculture and promote farming in his own way.
• Select five (5) students per municipality (except irosin) to take up fishery course in Sorsogon State University Magallanes Campus
•The student will receive a monthly allowance/stipend.
• After graduation, the student will stay for at least five (5) years In his home place or in the Province of Sorsogon, work and apply his knowledge in fisheries.

• Access to free quality medicines
• Conduct of regular home/household checkup/visit of bedridden patients (“DOCTORS TO THE HOUSEHOLD”)
• Financial assistance for birth delivery and death (ALALAY/ASISTENSIYA SA MGA AKI ASIN PAMILYA KAN NAGADAN)
